The meeting of the National Consultative Council of Somalia reopened today in Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia, according to Villa Somalia.
The conference which did not end well was suspended after a few days in Mogadishu, and it was said that it will resume on October 26.
The members who came before the meeting attended except the president of the Jubbaland state who returned to Kismayo before the end of the first phase of the meeting, and he is absent ,also the president of puntland who was did not attend the first meeting is also absent.
According to the plan, the leaders will make critical decisions in their meeting, which has become one of the longest and has been ruin by tension between the leaders of the central and regional governments of the country.
