A press release issued by the Federal Government of Somalia, has greatly praised the brave local people of Hiran region, who, with the help of the Armed Forces, bravely defeated the Al Shabab in attacks they launched late today in the areas of Muqliga Ali, Ceelhareeri, Hareeri Madoobe, and Garas-Magan, all in Hiran region.
The statement also said, “The local heroes and the Armed Forces who accompanied the suicide attempt of Al Shabab greatly prevented the enemy invasion, and thank God, they completely defeated the invading militias.”
