At least 12 people have been killed and dozens more injured across Ukraine after overnight strikes by Russian drones and missiles, regional officials and emergency services said.
Three children were killed in Zhytomyr, west of Kyiv, and a 70-year-old man was killed in the southern city of Mykolaiv, according to the regional emergency services.
It comes just a day after the Ukrainian capital suffered one of the heaviest attacks since the Russian invasion began.
Saturday’s attacks, which killed 13 people across Ukraine, come as diplomatic efforts to end the fighting have led to a prisoner exchange, but Russia has ignored calls for a ceasefire.
