The President of Galmudug State, Mr. Ahmed Abdi Kariye (Qoor-Qoor), today inaugurated a large-scale housing project in Cadaado aimed at resettling families who were previously displaced.
The project marks a significant step toward community development and stability, benefiting 117 families who have now been provided with permanent housing and legal land ownership.
According to officials, each family received a home consisting of two rooms, a kitchen, and a toilet. Additionally, all 117 families were issued land ownership documents, securing their long-term settlement in the area.
President Qoor-Qoor described the initiative as a major humanitarian and developmental achievement, pledging that the Galmudug administration will continue supporting displaced people to ensure a life of dignity and stability.
