Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud is still holding various meetings in the Adale district of the Middle Shabelle region, where he spent the second night.
The President held private meetings with traditional elders and intellectuals from the Middle Shabelle region.
During the meeting, the president and the elders agreed to strengthen the support of the armed forces in the fight against the Al-Shabaab group, in order to expel the group from the country.
On the other hand, the elders and intellectuals who participated in the meeting praised the president for his commitment to accelerating operations against the Al-Shabaab group.
