The Jubbaland administration has called on all Somalis to stand up to save the country and the current state of Somalia.
A statement from the Jubbaland presidency said that the organization announced in Mogadishu shows that the presidency is preparing for a dictatorship, at a time when the country is facing a very poor security situation.
“If nothing is done today, the hopes of the Somali people and the peace efforts of our country will be put in a deep hole,” Jubbaland added. Jubbaland also addressed the international community and friends interested in Somalia’s affairs:
“Today is a day when the Somali people need real support, and groups that want to divert the country from the right path must be confronted,” Jubbaland said.
