Israel said it launched an airstrike on military bases in Iran early Saturday morning, which it said was in retaliation for Iran’s heavy airstrikes on Israel earlier this October.
The Iranian military confirmed that the Israeli airstrikes targeted military bases in the provinces of Ilam, Khuzestan and Tehran, which caused limited damage .
Earlier Israel has warned that if Iran carries out retaliatory attacks, they must respond with military action.
On the otherside, Lebanon’s health ministry said 41 people were killed and 133 wounded in Israeli attacks across the country on Friday, while the UN concerned about the situation in Gaza as Israeli continues with their operation.
In Gaza, the death toll is at least 42,847, and the number of injured is 100,544, while the death toll in Lebanon is close to 3,000.
