A fierce battle between government forces and Jubbaland broke out between Raas Kambooni and Bur Gabo in the Lower Jubba region.
According to preliminary reports, there is a war between the two sides, and the war is said to be taking place in the area known as Manarani.

The clash between the two forces of the central government and Jubaland comes as the conflict between the two sides has escalated since the government started deploying troops to the Lower Juba region, which the government said was taking over security from the ATMIS forces that were stationed there.
