Deadly floods hit Central and Eastern Europe.

There has been an increase in the number of people who died in floods that hit the countries in the middle of the European continent, after the heavy rains that fell there in the past few days.

Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland and Romania are among the areas affected by the heavy floods.
It is also feared that the countries of Slovakia and Hungary will be flooded.
Six people have been confirmed to have died in the floods in Romania, while one person has died in both Austria and Poland.

Also four people were missing after being swept away by the flood, as confirmed by the police of Czech Republic.
Officials also said a quarter of a million people had been evacuated from the Czech Republic. Many houses have collapsed and many others have lost power.

The floods are said to be the worst to hit Eastern Europe in 30 years.
