A powerful explosion has struck a popular location used by young people to record TikTok videos in Kaxda District of Mogadishu this afternoon. This marks the second time a blast has occurred at the same spot in a short period.
Preliminary reports confirm that four people — two young women and two young men — were injured, with some suffering severe injuries, including leg amputations, due to the intensity of the blast.
Additionally, one more individual is suspected to have died at the scene, though official confirmation is still pending.
Security forces quickly arrived at the site and have launched investigations to determine who is behind the attack.
