The President of the Supreme Court of the country Bashe Yusuf Ahmed and a delegation led by him participated in the 8th Conference of the Presidents of the Constitutional Courts of African countries, which is taking place in the city of Cairo, Egypt.
This year’s conference has been made a theme of the role of constitutional revision of the judiciary and social development. It was attended by 44 African countries, delegations from Arab countries as well as international organizations that work on legal issues, constitutional review and social development.
During the conference, important speeches and discussions related to the topic of the conference will be held, while exchanging experiences and challenges faced by the High Courts and Constitutional institutions of African countries.
This conference, which will last for two months, is focused on strengthening the role of the Judiciary in the development of the constitution and the promotion of justice services in the community.
