The Italian government has explained the reason why it stopped the entry of the Somali passport which was recently stopped by the Italian embassy in Mogadishu.
The Italian Ambassador to Somalia, Pier Mario Daccò Coppi who spoke to reporters in Rome, said that the suspension is related to administrative technicalities and that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy is directly involved and will resolve it as soon as possible.
Also the Italian embassy in Mogadishu said in a statement published on its X (Twitter) that the embassy in Nairobi has stopped issuing visas to Somali passport holders.
It is not known why the embassy has stopped , also the embassy said it has informed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia.
In July of this year, the European Union made it hard for Somalis to enter in the Countries because there are many Somalia who entered through illegal way.
