The President of the South West State, Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed Laftagareen,received the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Somalia, Ambassador James Swan and his delegation at the Presidential Palace in Baidoa today.
The meeting between President Abdiasis Laftagareen and Ambassador James Swan lasted for hours had a fruitful discussion regarding the Humanitarian situation in SWS, Elections and Security.
President Laftagareen thanked the United Nations for its role in supporting Somalia.
On his side Ambassador James Swan commended the South West Government for its work on peace and stability.
