Ukraine says it has shot down a Russian Su-35 fighter jet, but it is not known whether this was a mid-air collision involving Ukrainian aircraft, or whether the Ukrainian air force used air defense systems.
The Ukrainian Air Force statement read: “This morning, June 7, 2025, as a result of the successful operation of the Air Force in the Kursk area, a Russian Su-35 fighter jet was shot down!”which is modern combat aircraft used in combat.
Also the jet is similar to the American version, which is highly advanced, such as the F-15, and is one of the aircraft that the United States is proud of.
