Russia carried heavy airstrike overnight killing one person while several injured in the southern Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine.
Among the injured are three children a 19-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl according to the regional governor, Ivan Fedorov.
The attacks targeted a residential buildings, causing multiple fires in those areas.
In a Telegram message President Zelensky said ” Russia once again shows that it does not mince words, we expect concrete action”.
The latest attacks come days after Russia carried out its deadliest attack on Kyiv since July at least 23 people were killed and scores more injured in the attack last Thursday.
