News received by RNN Somali TV from Puntland about two local government employees killed in Garowe by a Puntland army soldier .
Two soldiers from the Garowe local government police were killed, while two others were injured, after a soldier riding a Bajaj shot them while there vehicle was being impounded for unpaid taxes.
The soldier who committed the crime, also took away the deceased soldier and escaped with it.
Puntland is conducting investigations into the incident, with security agencies instructed to caught and arrest the killer.
