The latest news from Luuq district in Gedo region, says that this morning there is a war between two tribal militias who have been fighting in the district for the past two days.
The fighting that took place yesterday in the district resulted in the death and injuries of 10 people, including the fighting militias and civilians, according to local sources.
On the other hand, it has been pointed out that during the last two days of the fighting, houses where civilians were living were burnt, and it was said that the commercial and educational places in Luuq district of Gedo region are closed.
Officials of the Jubbaland administration have called for an end to the war and to end everything through dialogue, but the warring parties are refusing to do so.
