Hamas has announced that four detainees will be released today as part of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.
They said they are female soldiers Karina Ariev, Daniella Gilboa, Naama Levy and Liri Albag. They will be exchanged for 180 Palestinian prisoners held by Israel.
It is the second exchange since the ceasefire came into effect last Sunday.
Three detainees and 90 prisoners were released in the first exchange.
The ceasefire halted the fighting that began when Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023. About 1,200 people died and 251 were taken hostage by Hamas to Gaza.
More than 47,200 Palestinians, most of them civilians, have also died in Israeli airstrikes, according to the Hamas-run Health Ministry.
