The Prime Minister of the Government of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hamse Abdi Barre, today opened the Conference on the Cooperation of the Government, Businessmen and Society in the Plan to Prevent and Combat Terrorist Financing.
The aim of the meeting is for the government, businesses and the community to cooperate in the fight against the financing of terrorism by targeting people who work with the Khawarij and those who fund them, and whoever is found guilty of such crimes will be brought to justice.
The meeting will be attended by government officials, scholars, businessmen and other dignitaries will discuss how to fight against the financing of terrorism, which is causing many problems to the Somali people.
