The Prime Minister of Somalia, Hamsa Abdi Barre, who spoke last night at an event in Mogadishu, spoke about the war between the Puntland regional government and the Daesh group, which is continuing its operations in some of the areas of the administration.
The Prime Minister of Hamsa praised the Puntland army for their bravery in fighting the Daesh group, and he said that they are ready for whatever assistance they need from the government, they are standing by the army.
The prime minister also underlined that the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces Command are standing by the Puntland army to provide whatever assistance they need as Prime Minister Hamsa said.
On the other hand, the Prime Minister called on the general people of Puntland, especially the Isimada, scholars, intellectuals and civil society to all stand by the Puntland army in the fight against Daesh and Al-Shabaab.
