The President of the South West State of Somalia, Abdicasis Hassan Mohamed (Laftagareen), arrive in Mogadishu today to attend the National Consultative Council Conference which is set to open in the capital in the coming days.
His arrival comes at time when the other state leaders has arrived in Mogadishu, raising hopes that the summit will be held formally.
This National Consultative Council meeting is set to discuss important issues such as, the country’s electoral process, security, , constitution, and strengthening regional -central government administrations.
Although it still unknown about the leaders of Puntland and Jubbaland who have not arrived in the city ,whether they will attend the conference
