An airstrike that took place last night in the mountains of Calmikaad in the Bari region of the Puntland administration.
The attack carried out by American warplanes happened specifically in the areas of Daray Madobe and Curar, and it was said that they targeted the cave called Kunle, which was the biggest cave of the Daesh group, as confirmed by security sources.
The news adds that in the past few days, Daesh has been preparing explosives in the targeted area and they have planted explosives to attack the Puntland army that is at war with them.
It was also reported that another attack took place in the areas of Hankoki and Dhaasan in the Calmikad mountains, and these attacks were targeted at holes where ISIS leaders were hiding, resulting in various losses to the ISIS group.
