Israel has carried out massive airstrikes in southern Lebanon, targeting the bases of the Iran-backed Hezbollah group.
The military said that its warplanes bombed more than a hundred facilities that were used to detect Hezbollah missiles and store some weapons.
This comes as Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said they are at the “beginning of a new war.”
The leader of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrullah, has vowed to revenge after more than 30 people died and thousands were injured in a series of explosions in Lebanon.
