About 35,000 homes and businesses are without power in Los Angeles, according to the outage monitoring website.
The latest estimate by Poweroutage shows that about 17,500 Southern California Edison customers are without power.
In addition, about 17,700 customers of the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power and 100 customers of the Pasadena Water and Power Company are without power.
On the other hand, hours before the Los Angeles Health Office released new details related to the number of deaths in the fire they are investigating.
So far, 11 people have died in the Eaton fire, while five more have died in the Palisades fire, bringing the total to 16.
Officials said the number could increase. Airplanes spraying water on the flames were trying to control them last night, fearing the return of strong winds fueling the fire.
