The new commander of the Somali Police Force, General Asad Osman Abdullahi, had an important meeting with the Italian Ambassador to Somalia, Mr. Amb. Mario Daccò Coppi.
They discussed on how to strengthen the security cooperation between the two countries, as part of the fight against terrorism and also Italian Government increasing in support and training of the Somali Police Forces.
Also Italian Government agreed to in improving police operations and ensuring security in Somalia .
General Asad Osman Abdullahi is expected to increase his meetings with representatives of the international community in the coming days, which he will discuss the needs of the Somali Police Force.
