More details available from a serious operation by the national and local forces in areas under Bahdo district in Mudug region, where members of Shabaa are stationed.
According to preliminary reports, this operation targeted Al-Shabaab positions in courts and places where they collect money , the members of the operation claimed that they killed 7 Al-Shabaab, some of whom are leaders.
The governor of Bahdo district, Mohamed Abdullahi Muse, told the government media that the operation was carried out against the leader of Al-Shabaab in Mudug region, who was the head of the local court and a tax collector.
He also indicated that they will continue to pursue Shabaab, he asked the local people to cooperate with the security agencies.
