The Committee on Internal Affairs, Regional Government and Security of the People’s Assembly Parliament held a meeting with the Minister of Internal Security, Mr. Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail Fartaag, accompanied by the Director General of the Ministry of Internal Security, Mr. Yusuf Ali.
The meeting was chaired by the acting chairman and the deputy chairman of the Committee of MPs Nur Ahmed Diriye (Nur Afey) and the Secretary of the Committee of MPs Mohamed Ibrahim Hassan (Diyesh).
The agenda of the meeting was the cooperation of the security agencies and the country’s security plan. The Minister of Internal Security of the Federal Government, Abdullahi Sheikh, gave the committee a general report on the country’s security and how to prevent threats from the Khawarij.
