Somalia Minister of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Amb. Khadija Mohamed Al-makhzoumi, had an important meeting with the President of the COP29, Ambassador Iskandanov, the two sides discussed in depth the ways to achieve the success of the ongoing process and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen cooperation to reach meaningful agreements that affect all societies.
This meeting is part of the important agenda such as the New Integrated Goal (NCQG) justice-based change and other priority issues. The Minister thanked the host of #COP29, the Government of Azerbaijan, for their warm welcome and the high-level organization of #COP29.
