A delegation of two members of the Independent Commission for National Elections and Borders arrived today in Baidoa, the capital of the South West administration.
The two officials who arrived in Baidoa, namely Yusuf Abdulkadir Mohamed and Abdirahin Abdulahi Shaafi, were welcomed at the Shati Gadud airport by officials from the southwest administration.
The purpose of the delegation of the Independent Commission of National Elections went to Baidoa city, it was said that it is a work related to the holding of the Election of Person and Voice, and to hold meetings with the leaders of the southwest, first of all, President Abdicasis Lafta-garen.
Yusuf Abdulqadir Mohamed, a member of the National Electoral Commission, said, “We have come to Baidoa to remove the dust from the office of the Electoral Commission here, which has not been working for a while, and to start the process of voting .
