The Federal Government of Somalia has said that efforts are underway to bring back the Somali citizens who were rescued from the waters of the island of Madagascar.
The Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism of the Federal Government of Somalia Mr. Daud Aweis has sent his condolences to the families of the 22 people who died in the disaster, noting on the other hand that the 48 people who were rescued are in the hands of the Government of Madagascar.
The minister said this in a press conference held in Mogadishu.
