Former President Sharif Sheikh Ahmed, has issued a press release expressing its dismay at the federal government of Somalia’s renewed invasion of Jubaland, especially the Gedo region.
“The Himilo Qaran Party is saddened and condemns the repeated attacks by the Federal Government on the Jubbaland Government, especially the most recent ones that occurred in the town of Beled-Xawo in the Gedo region,” Sheikh Sharif’s statement began.
