President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud received the Director General of the General Intelligence Service of Sudan, Lieutenant General Ahmed Ibrahim Ali Mufaddal, at the Villa Somalia Presidential Palace.
During the meeting, Lieutenant General Mufaddal conveyed a message from the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of Sudan, H.E. Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, reaffirming Sudan’s commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation with Somalia in all areas of mutual interest.
The Director General of the Somali National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), Mr. Mahad Mohamed Salad, was also present at the meeting.
