National Army’s elite Gorgor Commandos have conducted a planned security operation in Cumar Beere and neighbouring areas in the Lower Shabelle region, aimed at safeguarding communities and preventing Al-Shabaab threats.
During the operation, the Commandos successfully detected and destroyed improvised explosive devices (IEDs) planted along public routes, neutralising a serious danger to civilians.
