The Somali Military Court today officially carried out the death penalty against Qudaama Hamze Yusuf Mohamed (Yaxye), Abdi Hassan Rooble (Afeey), Ibraahim Omar Shamcuun (Hubka) who were former members Al Shabab who carried out killings in the capital and the Lower Shabelle region.
The Military Court had previously sentenced them to death after it was proven that they were directly affiliated with Al Shabab and had carried out deadly attacks.
The execution site was attended by military officers and relatives of some of the victims.
