The Somali government has launched a plan to reopen closed roads in Mogadishu, to easy the transportation service for the people in the city.

The committe tasked with resolving the streets of Mogadishu was heard by the Minister of Internal Security in the Federal Government of Somalia, Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail (Fartaag).

This committee, including the Security Agency, the Banaadir Regional Authority and the Federal Government, presented the problems of traffic congestion on the streets of Mogadishu, and how to evaluate closed roads to reopen.

The Minister directed the committee to begin operations immediately, and to develop a plan consulted with security, transportation, and district authorities.

The conference was behind the complains of the Mogadishu people to have a major challenge to the rocks connected to the streets of Mogadishu.
