The Somali government Office of the Attorney General has announced that it has arrested the suspect Jamac Abdi Mohamud , who has been on the run for some time, after a long investigation in cooperation with the International Police (Interpol).
A press release from the Attorney General’s Office said that the accused was found to be in Rwanda, where he was arrested and brought back to Somalia.
This man is said to have also been accused of recording and broadcasting indecent videos of women in the city of Qardho in the eastern region of Puntland.
It is mentioned in the press release that he is currently in the custody of the Police Criminal Investigation Department and will soon be arraigned in court to face justice.
