Puntland government announced to reprocess missiles previously captured by ISIS terrorists, which were seized before the group succeeded in completing their processing.
Sources say that the government will assign the task of processing the missiles to experts who specialize in their processing in order to make them useful, but military officials who were not contacted declined to comment on the news about the operation.
These missiles can be used over very long distances, and some can hit targets up to 700km, and they are inexpensive.
