Hizbollah Saturday confirmed the killing of their leader Hassan Nasrahallah.
In a statement yesterday, Hizbullah confirmed the killing of Nasrallah, after an airstrike by Israel on Friday night targeted Hizbullah’s headquarters in the south of Beirut.
On the other hand some of the world reacted to the killing of the Hezbollah leader.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran said in a statement that Nasrallah’s has joined his fellow martyrs” and pledged it would “continue the holy war against the enemy and in support of Palestine” amid fears that a regional war is now inevitable.
President Joe Biden on Saturday described the Israeli attack that killed Hezbollah’s Hassan Nasrallah as a “measure of justice” after four decades of sponsoring terrorist acts. He also said that during his leadership of Hezbollah, the group was responsible for killing thousands of Americans.
Also Turkey president In a post on X, Erdogan, without naming Nasrallah, said Turkey stood with the Lebanese people and its government, offering his condolences for those killed in the Israeli strikes, while saying the Muslim world should show a more “determined” stance.
Also other countries that reacted to Nasrahallah death are Iraq, Yemen , Palestine ,Russia, France Germany and also the United Nations whom they are disappointed by the Israeli action and they are not in support of it.
