The President of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, arrived in Asmara, the capital of Eritrea, on an official working visit.
The President was warmly welcomed at the Asmara International Airport by the President of Eritrea, Mr. Isaias Afwerki and members of the Eritrean government.
The two leaders will discuss relations and cooperation, as well as regional and international issues that are of mutual interest. While Somalia and Ethiopia are at odds over the maritime agreement with Somaliland.
Yesterday , before traveling to Eritrea, the president went to the Balidoogle camp in the Lower Shabelle region, where he has a military base in the United States that trains the Danab forces in the country, where he started training for officers, deputy officers and new soldiers who joined Danab.
