The Parliament of the North-Eastern administration of Somalia has concluded its leadership elections by selecting new deputy speakers.
Amran Ahmed Hassan was elected as the First Deputy Speaker, while Abdirisaq Jama Warsame secured the position of Second Deputy Speaker. Earlier in the session, MPs had already chosen Dr. Adan Abdullahi Aw-Hassan as the Speaker of the House.
Following the vote, all three leaders officially took their oath of office at the same ceremony.
