About 50 families were left homeless in a fire incident that happened in the Mlango Kubwa area on Monday night n Mathare slums, Nairobi, as confirmed by Kenya Red Cross officials and police.
Which left tens of families homeless as the fire swept through their structures.
The cause of the fire is yet to be known, Nairobi police boss Adamson Bungei said and police are investigating the incident.
The victims appealed for help to reconstruct the structures.
No injuries were reported in the incident, police said.
