More than 80 members of the two Houses of the Federal Parliament of Somalia strongly condemned the Somali government’s ban on civil flights in some regions of the country, especially Jubaland.
A statement issued by about 80 members of the two Houses of the Federal Parliament of Somalia has strongly condemned the Civil Aviation Authority of the Federal Government of Somalia which has banned passenger flights in Jubaland cities.
Members of the two Houses of the parliament also condemned the Federal Government of Somalia who gave the order to block the flights, which the members described as a violation of the constitutional right of Somali citizens to travel freely within the country.
The members of the two Houses of the Federal Parliament of Somalia have finally warned the Federal Government of Somalia to abandon the disclosure of public services to Somali citizens which the Constitution of the country gives them.
