At least 15 people died and 15 others were injured in a stampede at a railway station in New Delhi, the capital of India.
The damage was confirmed to the media on Sunday morning by the Minister of State of the capital.
The accident happened at around 8 pm last night Delhi time, after people pushed each other on their way to the city of Prayagraj, where a religious event of the Hindu people is going on.
The deaths include 10 women and three children, according to local media. The media showed videos and photos showing many people rushing to the train station, while the police and emergency teams were doing their best to reduce the congestion.
