At least 16 people have died and more are missing after a boat capsized after a boat with 26 passengers was hit by a strong wind and a landslide, which caused damage to the passengers on the boat in a river in Madagascar.
Emergency officials said other people were rescued and are now in stable condition.
The boat was traveling between Belo sur Tsiribihina and Ankalalaobe, two towns in the Menabe region of western Madagascar.
Many Boat accidents occur in Madagascar due to the weather.
