Former US President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with a serious form of prostate cancer, which has reportedly spread to his bones.
Biden, 82, underwent tests to determine the extent of the disease on Friday, and he and his family are reviewing their treatment options.
Biden, who served as president from 2021 to 2025, abruptly ended his campaign last July after concerns were raised about his health.
Then-Vice President Kamala Harris took over as the party’s nominee but was defeated by Trump in November.
When elected, Biden was the oldest person to win the US presidency.
