The Israeli military announced that it had targeted the Syrian regime weapons in the south of the country .
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the strikes coincided with heavy airstrikes from the Syrian airspace, while loud explosions were heard in the cities of Quneitra and Daraa in southern Syria as a result of Israeli airstrikes.
They targeted the 175th Brigade near the city of Izra, in the Tal al-Mal area north of Daraa, and in Tal al-Shaar near Quneitra.
Until now there is no information about casualties.
Syria in responce fired two rockets towards Israel.
