Danab Commandos and the Dervish forces of Jubbaland, who have been conducting planned operations in areas of Lower Jubbaland region for the past 48 hours, have seized a large amount of weapons, including various types of guns.
A statement published in Jubbaland media said that the operation was planned, and that the forces achieved great success in the operation.
“The Forces of the Jubaland government army and the Danab commandos, who have been conducting a planned operation since yesterday against positions where Khawarij militias were hiding, have seized a large number of weapons, including various types of rifles,” the statement from Jubbaland said.
