The Governor of Banadir Region Dr. Hasan MaHamed Huseen (Muungaab) has announced that the closed roads in Mogadishu will be soon opened, to ease the burden of the citizens in the city.
Governor Hassan (Muungaab) also laid the foundation stone for the construction of a paved road between Abdiqasim and Banadir roads in Hodan District.
Speaking further, Governor Mungaab said, “Security is not ensured by guns alone, the public is expected to assist the Security Branches in opening closed roads.”
The Governor expressed that he is committed to returning the taxes collected to the public, in order to improve various social services and rebuild infrastructure, and he promised to implement the construction of other roads in Mogadishu.
