China, US reached an agreement on one of their trade disputes.

US President Donald Trump said that talks aimed at resolving a long-running trade dispute between China and the United States had ended in a “deal”.

China agreed to sell magnets and other precious minerals to American companies, in exchange for US to lift its restrictions on Chinese student visas.

“The deal we have reached with China is complete, just waiting for President Xi and I to sign it,” Trump said in a post on his Truth Social media account.

The agreement which was reached in the two days talks in London between both side aimed at ending the tariff war that has crippled trade between the world’s two largest economies.
