At least 27 people have died including the pilot, while 88 others including children are being treated in hospital after Bangladesh Air Force plane crashed into a college and university in Dhaka.
The F-7 BGI aircraft crashed due to technical faults shortly after takeoff from the capital’s Kurmitola airport on a routine training mission yesterday , officials reported.
The government declared a day of mourning with flags at half-mast and special prayers being said in all places of worship.
